Prices are for 2 persons per apartment and day including linen for bed, bathroom and kitchen, heating and electricity costs, wireless connection, parking spot and the Mobilcard.

A Euro 2,50 tourist tax per person per day is not included in the price. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

The booking is considered final and confirmed once a deposit of Euro 200 has been made.

Our cancellation policy:

- Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival: free of charge

- Cancellation 59-30 days before arrival: 50% of total rental price will be charged

- Cancellation 29-8 days before arrival: 80% of total rental price will be charged

- Cancellation 7-1 day before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of total rental price will be charged

In case of an early departure or late arrival the total rental price in line with the initial booking will be charged.

It is advisable to conclude a travel insurance.

Important: 

- All our apartments are non-smoking!

- Arrival and departure times: The apartment will be available from 2.00pm the day of arrival until 9.30am the day of departure.

- Payment Methods: The rental bill can be paid in cash or by check, we do not accept credit or debit cards!
